The Mental Health Ambassador Conference was a great experience for us all! After heading to Holy Cross School for the conference, we took a look at what mental health is and then a few guest speakers, such as Stem 4 – a local Kingston charity – talked to us about anxiety. We then networked with others from different schools and exchanged ideas on how we can improve mental health awareness in our schools. We are looking forward to implementing these ideas within Tiffin very soon!
